Cancellation Policy
• A 30% non-refundable deposit of your total service amount is required to secure your booking. • Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arriving 20 minutes late will incur a R50 late fee. • If you arrive 40 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • If you are bringing your own hairpiece, please drop it off 20 minutes before your appointment for preparation.
