Wig Policy

To ensure the highest quality and clarity for our clients, all wig units are pre-ordered and custom-made. We prioritize professional handling from production through to delivery and offer flexible payment options to help you secure your perfect look.

Orders & Production

  • All wigs are pre-ordered and made to order.

  • Production takes 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

  • Standard courier fee: R150.

  • Overnight courier: R200.

  • Risk of loss/damage in transit lies with the courier once dispatched.

Call Out Fee/Mobile Service

  • The Gauteng call-out fee is R400.

  • For areas outside Gauteng, the fee will be calculated according to distance.

Customization

  • Wig units can be customized upon request.

  • Additional fees may apply for lace customization, colouring, or layering.

Lay-By Terms

  • Lay-by period: 2 months.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

  • Units will only be dispatched once the balance is fully settled.

  • Cancellation of a lay-by will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Payments

  • We accept EFT/Cash/Speedpoint payable by the salon.

  • All EFT payments must reflect as immediate payment.

  • After making payment, please forward your proof of payment and order details via WhatsApp to confirm.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the unit is unused and in its original condition as received, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Client covers return courier costs.
